  • Gould Enduro Mountain Bike Camps

As the fastest-growing discipline in cycling, Enduro is all about skills, speed, and fun—offering riders the flexibility to make it as relaxed or competitive as they wish. At this camp, our USA Cycling certified coaches equip riders with the tools to improve their skills, build confidence, and have fun!

Gould Enduro Mountain Bike campers will spend two days training on Gould's Pine Hill trail system, including our pump track and airbag, followed by two days at Mt. Abram and Highland Bike Parks. There, riders will have the opportunity to take advantage of lift service and shred miles of purpose-built gravity trails.

Fitness and endurance are essential for safely and enjoyably participating in the sport. At camp, we ride for several hours each day, and our coaches focus on strategies to build your fitness through each ride.

Full-face helmets and full-suspension mountain bikes are strongly recommended, but not required, for camp. A detailed information packet, including a complete list of recommended gear, will be emailed to all registrants in the spring. If you have any questions about our enduro mountain bike program, please contact our Summer Programs Associate, Katie Keough.

  • ELITEAM World Cup Camps

ELITEAM's goal in the World Cup sessions is to educate young athletes (ages 11-14) about the importance of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition. ELITEAM exposes the campers to a variety of mental and physical challenges, while teaching them the skills needed to overcome perceived limits, and realize the potential of both their body and mind.

ELITEAM teaches the athletes, not only how to workout, but more importantly, why. Their workouts will include both innovative and traditional training exercises to improve their strength, speed, power, balance and agility. The athletes learn how those exercises will help them to perform better. They'll also learn proven techniques to handle stress, performance anxiety and fear, and then practice what they've learned in challenging and race-like situations. The campers will be in the kitchen baking healthy bread and muffins, as well as discussing nutritional analysis, and how it relates to performance in sports. In the daily meetings, ELITEAM will reinforce what the athletes have learned each day by studying the ELITEAM notebook.

In the World Cup programs, the kids will learn new skills that they can apply not only to their sport, but also to school, and life in general. The World Cup sessions are packed with learning, new experiences and tons of fun!
