Christine McCarthy, a partner in Silicon Valley, brings extensive expertise in executive and equity compensation as part of the Technology Companies and Compensation & Benefits Groups. She is widely recognized for advising on the design, implementation, and compliance of equity and executive compensation plans for global Fortune 500 companies, private firms, and IPO-bound businesses. 

Raised in Acton and Boxborough, Massachusetts, Christine attended Gould Academy, where she was a passionate ski racer, roomed with Barbie Robinson, and interned with Gould’s summer programs. Her connection to skiing remains strong; her daughter, Maddy, is also a competitive skier. After Gould, Christine went on to earn degrees from Cornell (‘92), Boston University Law School (‘96), and an LLM in Tax from NYU School of Law (‘97). Today, Christine lives in California with her two high-school seniors, who attend boarding schools, and maintains strong ties to the finance and ski racing communities.
