Snowboard Winter Training Camp

Early Season Kickstart Camp

December 16-18, 2023, at Sunday River | Ages: 10-16

Start the season off right by using the best progression terrain in the East at Sunday River Resort. We will use iPads for on-hill video assessments.

Freestyle

Freestyle riders work on taking their tricks from the trampoline to an airbag to snow. Riders will use Gould's indoor trampoline and foam pit to learn new tricks and trick combinations. If the weather allows, we'll also use either our on-campus airbag, our private Sunday River airbag, or both. We'll also have access to Sunday River's three terrain parks for progression on all types of boxes, rails, and jump features. This group also sessions rails to dial-in new tricks for the competition season ahead.

Snowboardcross Racing

Cross riders will train all aspects of BX/SBX racing by focusing on sound fundamental skills for turning, gliding, air, and starts. It is unlikely that we will have a full course for this camp, but we will have 2 synchronized drop gates for use with starts. Stubbie gates will also be set to improve speed performance.

Cost with lift ticket: $610
Cost without lift ticket: $480
