We are not waiting for winter – the Nordic Preseason Training program is designed to maximize a Nordic athletes potential by enabling year-round training. This training will work to continue the periodized strength and endurance training begun in May in order to ensure for proper peak performance in the winter. You'll partake in a variety of activities to include rollerskiing, running, bounding, mountain biking, strength, and hiking. This program will also allow you to participate on other sports like cross-country running, mountain biking, and soccer (with those coaches approvals). Join Nordic for we are best!
