At our Gould Competition Program Trampoline Camp, athletes will have the opportunity to prepare for the winter through a variety of activities. They will use Gould’s tramp room and foam pit to practice tricks and will work on improving fitness.
There will be outdoor activities that include hiking nearby mountains, canoeing, and swimming in lakes and waterfalls.
The athletes will be training in Gould’s Farnsworth Field House, complete with its own skate park, video room, and fitness center. Coaches will work with athletes on:

7:30 am Breakfast
8:15 am Warm up, movement prep and stretch
9:00 – 12:00 pm Session 1 – Trampoline, Field house, skatepark, rails
12:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Session 2 – Agility & Strength training with video analysis
4:00 pm Session 3 – Trampoline, Field house, skatepark, rails
5:30 pm Dinner
6:00 pm Session 4 – Trampoline, Field house, skatepark, rails
9:30 pm In rooms and lights out
We will also have the opportunity to get outside and enjoy outdoor activities in the nearby area that may include swimming, canoeing, hiking and more.
