This Alpine Conditioning Camp will focus on quality fitness through strength and conditioning with our TeamBuildr workouts. We will also be amplifying our athletic abilities through power, balance, and agility sessions. We will use inline skating, our weight room and our gym facilities to enhance our level of fitness.
Due to our efforts to social distance with proper equipment, these two camps will be limited. We are currently offering these camps to our U14, U16 and our U19/PG athletes for one session per person.
Session 2: Monday, July 26th-Friday, July 31st (limit of one session per person)
Each day at camp will start at 8:30am and end at 12:10pm (a specific schedule and waiver with COVID protocol will be sent after sign up).
What to bring/wear to camp:
- Workout shirt/shorts
- Athletic shoes and socks
- Inline skates
- Helmet/elbow pads/knee pads/wrist guards
- Water Bottle
- Face mask
