Sadie really wanted to point out that if you look closely, you will see that she required NO assistance on this rep!

But, she did get a boost after she got tired in order to get in some additional reps – and get stronger.

Rings, physio balls, bosu balls, and dyna-disks are a big part of the next phase of strength for us.  The exercises themselves continue to challenge major muscle groups – pull ups, push ups, dips, squats, presses – while the dynamic component that’s added calls on minor muscles for stability, to ultimately build more useful and strength in skiing.

Marcello after the workout: “Okay check this out, it’s one of my favorites. It’s called the bat. You can just hang out up here like a bat.”

And this is probably too blurry to see… but there were mussels for dinner afterwards.  Not a bad night.
