(Again, this is me trying to write comprehensible English after the lengthy spring break everybody loves.)
To sum up the whole spring break/March, this is what I have to say:
1) Boarding seniors, do you realize that this is probably the LAST time Gould will pick us up from Portland to go back to Gould on a Gould van/yellow bus?
2) Admission game is pretty much all over. There are Kudos bars, there are rejection letters, there are acceptance packages and of course there are celebrations. I am particularly thankful for my parents who, in spite of being kept in the dark for almost everything I did, still support me all the time (and filled out all the troublesome financial forms). And my awesome college counselor, who had to face me every single day in three weeks before Christmas break to go through my documents VERY VERY VERY carefully for many last times. After that, I just somehow vanished…
3) How to deal with everything (lesson learned from rejection letters): Assume the worst, hope for the best & accept reality!
I forgot how to cat, so have a good day!
