Spirit week overshadows Hurricane Sandy

October 30, 2012

Students have been very interested in Hurricane Sandy, how it has affected the east coast and how it could affect school. We were lucky to not feel the full force of the storm. I hope you were just as lucky.

Spirit week has had a great energy to the community. Yesterday it was fun to see different groups of kids wearing the same color in class, around campus and in the dining hall: Pink- faculty, Black- Seniors, Red- Juniors, Green- Sophomores and BLUE- Freshmen.

Today is twin’s day. I watch Will Harvey and Conrad K walking to class in white t-shirts, black pants and big smiles.

Tomorrow is Halloween! Everyone in costume will have an opportunity to display their favorite costume at assembly and through out the day. It should be great!
