Senior Luncheon Preparation

A large group of sophomores spent the morning and afternoon preparing a luncheon for some members of the Bethel community. Many of those who attended are alumni of Gould Academy. Students learned some napkin folding techniques, and tried flower arranging.

Fresh flower centerpieces to brighten up this cold winter day.

One of the best moments of this luncheon was preparing the chocolate covered strawberries.

I think they ate more than they made.


With the help of alumni, Dustin Holzweiss, who graduated from a Cordon Bleu cooking school, the strawberries were a big hit with everyone.
