Members of the Bethel community started showing up early this afternoon for the luncheon. Students were briefed on how to wait on the guests, proper table etiquette, and were told what would be served at today’s meal.
Ordway living room was packed. Many of those joining us for the event are graduates of Gould Academy.
The students really enjoyed engaging with all of our guests.
It was wonderful to watch the exchange between community members of different ages and from different cultures.
Service with a smile! Even carrying those heavy trays they still kept smiling.
We were lucky enough to be treated to some musical entertainment, provided by our own Mr. Mclaughlin, as well as Avery, Ji Guo, and Karen on the piano.
The audience really enjoyed the performance. Sweet Caroline was a big hit.
