More “Love” For Philly
FDR skatepark is sixteen-years-old. In the beginning it was a place skaters could go when Love Park started to close out. The fact that it is pretty much all tranny everywhere is one thing. Yeah, there’s a flat bar and a pole jam and a few other hectic street features in the parking lot, but that’s not the deal.
For years now folks have been working to replace Love Park or at least provide a cool place to street skate in the city of brotherly love.
The rule is, the bigger the city, the slower the progress on a skatepark.
