Kunming: Yunnan Nationalities Park

March 20, 2016

(From Mr. and Mrs. Whittington)

We met up with the K-Team today for a trip to the Yunnan Nationalities Park. It is a set of “villages” that introduce folks to the 26 different ethnic groups living in Yunnan Province, the most diverse in China.  Before we headed out we got the update on what everyone did on Saturday. Activities ranged from hiking mountains to mountain biking; from going to the zoo to going to the movies; from shopping in malls (modern) to shopping in markets (traditional).  We only have a few pictures from the Park today because everyone headed in different directions, though we did cross paths a few times.
