it’s a cram kinda night
It’s Friday night, and I’m taking perhaps the most difficult exam I have tomorrow morning (YIKES). Writing this glog is going to serve as my much needed “brain-break”.
During exam week, everyone finds little ways to escape the hectic atmosphere and the stress. Whether it be a game of speedball (a cross between soccer and ultimate frisbee) with 40 other people of the upper field, a trip to Erin’s Cafe, or a night out with friends, everyone seeks their own relief. Today is Ella Dorval Hall’s birthday (BIRTHDAY SHOUT-OUT), so a big group went out to the Bethel Inn for dinner. It was an all around good time with good friends and good food. It was also a great break from being in the library taking notes and studying.
Gouldies: Good luck on the rest of your exams! You’re almost through it… Then a nice long break!
In other news, before I burst, THE WOMEN’S VARSITY SOCCER TEAM WON THE MAISAD CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!
So epic. Basically, we went into TWO over-time periods and won in the last 30 seconds before we went to penalty kicks. Awesome game. Shout-out to my awesome team (love you, ladies) and especially to the group of fans that came out to support us! We most definitely couldn’t have done it without you!
Anyways, I should probably get back to studying…….
See you next week!
