Inaugural Nordic Race for 2021

Saturday’s race at Quarry Road Trails in Waterville, ME, was part of the NONSTOP Nordic race series. There were 47 competitors in the men’s field and 29 in the women’s race. It was a competitive field with some of the top skiers in Maine at the race.
Conditions were fast on the 4.5k course and times were quick. The race was 30-second interval starts and racers were required to wear masks at all times while at the venue, including while racing.
