I Miss Skating FDR
The thing about FDR is that it is perfectly imperfect. It is the ever-changing, ever-evolving east coast spot. The sneakers hanging from the I-95 steel girders and the graffiti insist that this is a different kind of place. FDR is close by my mom’s house and where my sister and her son live. So, when I go home, I always skate FDR. I’ve been there on bitter cold winter mornings and hot summer afternoons. No matter how I am when I get there, I always leave better. I can’t wait to get back down to FDR and you should hit up FDR yourself.
Check out Mikey Leven. He just tears the place apart.
