Homeward Bound

April 1, 2013

I am waiting in the Beijing airport for the rest of the China group. The students in Xi'an gathered in the darkness of early morning and said our goodbyes. There were tears and lots of email addresses exchanged. All of the hosts and their families were there to see us off, even thought it was not yet 5am. I have some pictures but I am struggling to get them posted from my iPad. I'll share some final pictures and a Xi'an video sometime this week.

We heard lots of great stories from the weekend. There was karaoke, shopping, site seeing, getting nails done, history lesson, dinner with a translator, getting lost, dancing, and many other adventures.

We are excited to see the Chengdu group in Beijing shortly and hop on the plane for 13 hours back to the USofA. Yippee.
