Happy Halloween!

Although we don’t have trick-or-treating, we have everything else for the perfect Halloween!

We started off the day with a costume contest at assembly where there were competitions for both best individual costume and best group costume.

Mr. Parker, Ms. Ramharter, and Mr. Stonebreaker (who were the judges) decided that Jake Sherer as Fred Flintstone won the individual contest:

And the Jamaican Bobsled team (Hunter Cline, Bo Warren, Jameson Harding, and Bennet Muzilla), won the group contest:

Although these were the winners, there were many other great costumes. Here are a couple:

Lucas Fredes as some guy with his face all torn up

And the Jabbawockeez dance crew

Today, Gould classes were full of different kinds of creatures, but the day wasn’t over. While we’re to old to trick-or-treat, we can still help out. After we ate dinner in the spooked out and decorated dining hall, many kids went to Mrs. Casey’s house to give out candy to hundreds of kids in the area.

To end the day off, there’s a Halloween dance! Thanks to the proctors and Mrs. Tornrose for putting together the dance.

See you next time,
