Grateful Gould!
Hellloooo dedicated gloggies! Welcome to week number two of vacation and happy early Thanksgiving! You’ll have to forgive me for posting on a Tuesday but the days start to blur together during break…
Over the past couple of days I’ve been seeing a lot of the “Give to Gould” pictures over Facebook and twitter. They’ve been fun and interesting, bringing up parts of Gould we don’t often remember to appreciate such as polar bears, snowball, winter carnival, CHINA, team spirit and more (they can be found here: https://twitter.com/gouldacademy). Soo…in the spirit of Thanksgiving I’ve compiled a short list of just some of the things I’m grateful for here at Gould. Here goes:
MOUNTAIN DAY – Yes I know, a little cliche, oh well this just so happens to be the event of the fall I look forward to most
Mountain Bike, Nordic and Road Cycling teams – What can I say I love them.
Faculty Pets
The winter schedule – Half days. Every day.
The Location – The mountains, the sunsets, Sunday River. . .
JUNIOR 4PT – You’re suppose to dread it but I would go again in a heartbeat!
My Advisory – 4 years strong.
The dining hall – No explanation needed
The Farm in the Spring
The Bike Barn – One of my favorite places on campus
Happy Thanksgiving!
¡Hasta Luego!
