Gould Freeride Camp Shreds Keystone.

December 4, 2012

With a few awesome days of skiing under our belt, the guys have fallen right back into the swing of things.  We’ve  fallen into the Rocky Mountain grove with mellow mornings, eating hearty breakfasts, packing brown bag lunches and enjoying scenic drives to the mountain.  It has proven to be a productive training regiment and the guys have been skiing really well.

As part of our training we do a lot of filming.  This offers us a chance to go through movement prep at the end of the day, as well as  stack footage for each skier to have on file for their own use.  Movement prep provides everyone the opportunity to break down there tricks for themselves and diagnose whats working with their mechanics and what needs a bit of work.

Nick Beauregard is one of our athletes who not only enjoys skiing, but has a keen interest in cinematography.  Part of his focus during our trip is to gather footage of the guys and put together some edits of the guys.  He’s just finished this one from Keystone, and it came out great.  Check it out!

Stay tuned for more coverage of the trip!
