Go Skateboarding Day: Rumford Rallies for a New Concrete Skatepark
I have strong ties to Rumford, ME. First off, my friend, Eric Breton hails from there. On long road trips he’s told me amazing stories of growing up skateboarding in Rumford. Yesterday was Go Skateboard Day and Rumford threw a party. It’s nice to see Toebee Parkhurst, Hoodlum Skateboards pro, out representing. Check out this article from the local paper.
I’m certain Rumford will build a concrete skatepark that’s better than anything we have in Maine. That’s how the progression works. Good skaters in a great town make skate dreams come true.
