Exciting Day (In my world anyway)
So, I started my Wednesday off at Gould with assembly, then straight to Brad Clarke’s AP Government class, as a guest speaker to talk about the differences and likeness’s of British and American government!
Before I left the apartment Helen asked, “have you done any research?” At this point it dawned on me that I really don’t follow politics that seriously, and due to not living in the UK for 6 years, I really don’t know that much. But, I surprised myself with a mock radio show interview and my insight into both systems was valuable to the class. Who’d of thought, a snowboard coach contributing to AP Government class. Pretty cool.
The next big thing for me on Wednesday – SNOW. Yes you heard it , SNOW.
It snowed pretty hard for a good 2 hrs in the afternoon, and laid down maybe 2-3 inches of the white stuff….yippeeee….!!
In the afternoon, I popped back to my apartment to grab the camera, to take a couple of shots of a regular afternoon at Gould.
AARRGGHHHHHH, No camera. What was I to do…..??
Well, I have an iPhone, so the pictures of Wednesday’s afternoon are brought to you via my phone and include: rehearsals and construction for the coming play and the strength and conditioning class playing speed ball on the new turf field.
Below, Sarai Johnson and Luke Sims walking goats…… Yes walking goats.
All just stuff on a pretty regular afternoon at Gould.
See ya’ll next week, with the possibility of a guest writer…!!
