Eric Bach ’03: Expedition Impossible – Part I

June 17, 2011

It is being called “the most epic journey ever filmed for television,” and Eric Bach, Gould Academy class of 2003, is a cast member.

The new adventure reality series Expedition Impossible is the latest from reality television guru Mark Burnett, the same guy who  brought you Survivor and The Apprentice (not exactly a light weight).

It airs Thursday, June 23rd on ABC at 9:00pm and Eric would like nothing more than for you to be a faithful fan of his team, The  Gypsies, as they take on 12 other teams for the title.

Eric was nice enough to talk via Skype about the reality tv experience, his time at Gould Academy, his entrepreneurial endeavors and a few other things (including mustaches and reality tv contracts).

Here is the first installment in what will be a two, perhaps three part series.

In this video, Eric talks about how he got involved in Expedition Impossible, the reality tv experience, his teammates, and what I interpreted as a fairly healthy disdain for riding camels.

Thanks again to Eric for his time and be sure to fan The Gypsies on facebook and follow them on twitter.

And, of course, be sure to watch on June 23rd. Good luck, Eric!
