Day 3, part 2: “Waiter, there’s a Sophomore in my soup!”
Hi, e-participants! Still on day three, when everyone broke into groups to serve various communities in a number of ways. Some served Bethel area youth, and Bethel area farmers (see “Day 3, part 1”). Others also stayed in Bethel and quite literally “served” at Gould’s annual Senior Luncheon. Almost 100 members of the Bethel community joined 10th graders in the Clough Dining Hall for an elegant lunch, filled with conversation and musical entertainment. Flowers were arranged, finger sandwiches were assembled, coffee was poured (again and again!), and everyone had a great time. Lunch was capped off by musical performances by members of the Sophomore class.
Take a look:
…and this doesn’t even include all of the Sophomores who traveled out of town to serve today! Part 3, coming up!!!
