I made it back from Narnia, everyone!
I had an awesome time in the woods and I have no complaints about the experience!
I’m going to keep this post short, but, you’re probably all wondering the meaning behind the title.
My group, led by Mr. Baker and Ms. Frailey, was lucky to enough to be joined for the first couple of days by none other than Mr. Ruby! On the first day, he came up with the name for our group:
And finally, the quote that Mr. Baker shared with us at the top of the mountain that summarizes our entire journey together:
“What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what saw higher up. What one can no longer see, one can at least still know.”
See ya next week!
