A Day at Gould Academy
If you were not sure of the date you would have thought it was the first crisp morning of October, and last night saw a snowfall. Yes, the Mahoosuc Range had a sugar coating of snow this morning and the wicked rumor was that Sugarloaf got 3-4 inches and they are still open till Sunday
So daffodils are possibly my favorite flower, due to the fact that in my homeland of Wales, it is the nations flower. And they are everywhere. On St Davids day the Welsh wear them on their lapel. These were found peeking out by the side of Davidson.
So as I wander around campus, on this rather frigid day, these are the things I see…
The boys baseball team playing Hebron, with Rye Russell playing catcher (are his eyes closed, or is he just blinking….you decide)
The girls lacrosse playing New Hampton (I think) with Nelly Reid launching an attack…
Due to the cold, I follow the music coming from Bingham Auditorium, and find rehearsals on going for the spring musical.
Don’t forget to save the date for the musical due to be a great event on parents weekend
