It’s rainy and cold here in Bethel. Not too pleasant. Yesterday for practice I got ready to rollerski (x-c ski on wheels) in the rain,  but Coach Kamilewicz canceled that plan. Instead, the team jumped in a van and drove west. Why west? Because it’s higher in elevation, and with higher elevation change comes colder temperatures…and snow!

Up in Grafton Notch, everything was covered in snow and it was still coming down fast. We found a logging road to run around on, but today we’re hoping to return with skis!

While I’m on the topic of happy things, the x-c running team competed well at the MAISADs race in Augusta. The women’s team won the event (yay!) and the men’s took second place. Molly Siegel finished second in the women’s race and Andrew Nesbitt won the men’s. It was a great day overall with many top ten finishes and personal records.

This weekend the dance performance and drama production are happening, come watch if you’re around!

Have a great weekend,
