Gould will partner with Bob Fricker and Chris Arnold of Educational Directions Inc. (EDI) during the search process and subsequent transition.

EDI is a nationally recognized leader in retained searches for heads of independent schools and has assisted with 250 head of school searches around the country. In fact, 10 years ago one of those 250 searches resulted in our own current head of school, Dan Kunkle.
